Responsibilities:

  • whose work involves direct interaction with the customer for increasing market share of a company by complete Sales cycle.
  • Identify potential Customers, Setup business process; make/organize presentations & securing business with timely follow-up.
  • Mapping of a market with competitive advantages in Robotics.
  • Responsible for cold calling, fix appointments and meetings and to gather relevant information about the company and organizational structure/organogram.
  • Travel as and when required to the location assigned by the company.
  • Timely reporting & forecasting through various modes Weekly Itinerary report, Monthly performance report & indulge in making regional Profit center report

Job Description:

We are looking to hire young, dynamic candidates for full time and an ideal candidate would be an initiator, good communicator, with can -do attitude, organized, punctual and with eagerness to learn and be part of an expanding team.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing all In-Coming/ Out-going Calls and transferring to the concern team or person.
  • Setting business meeting agendas, sending memos, accepting visitors.
  • Manage Attendance and visitor in/Out register
  • Provide Administrative Support to management and staff.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments with the top management
  • Making travel arrangements. Organizing air tickets and accommodation for management staff and occasionally arranging of international business VISA, tickets etc.
  • Managing Housekeeping, Pantry & Security Staff & General up-keep of the facility
  • Managing and issuing Printing, Stationary and Consumable supplies and other materials for office, facility, pantry, security, housekeeping.
  • Having a good experience in vendor management is a plus.
